  1. Handmade Products:  Our products are meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring uniqueness and individuality in each piece.  Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in appearance, color, and texture may occur.  We believe these variations add to the charm and character of our products.
  2. Refunds:  We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.  However, refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
    • Fault of Seller:  If the product you received is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from the description provided, we will gladly offer a refund.  Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.  Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
  3. Non-Refundable Items: I n general, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
    • Change of Mind:  We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer desire the item.
    • Custom & Bulk Orders:  Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Shipping Costs:  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to the fault of the seller.
  4. Return Process: To request a refund for a faulty product, please contact support@tobtumbler.com.  We will guide you through the return process and provide assistance as needed.
  5. Refund Processing Time:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. I f approved, the refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
